We know that those disadvantaged through poverty often struggle with living costs. This affects members from across our community, especially now with the added 'cost of living'. In order to support our children and you as parents/carers, we include the ‘Cost of the School Day’ as an item on each month’s newsletter. We will use this opportunity to share the range of support which is available to you.

This month, we would like to draw your attention to the LPS Parent Council ‘Hardship’ fund, which is one of the many ways they support the school and ELC. They provide a small discretionary fund which can be used to support the purchase of clothing, cost of resources or to help provide snacks in times of financial difficulty.

The school can also provide clothing and uniform if needed. Please contact Mrs Crook at the school if you would like to know more. As always, this would be in the strictest confidence.
