WELCOME TO LANARK PRIMARY SCHOOL ONLINE

P5-7 Scottish Opera Performance

Monday 30th March

We are delighted to share that we will once again be welcoming The Scottish Opera to Lanark Primary School to work with our P5, P6 and P7 pupils on their upcoming performance of The Dragon of the Western Sea.

This is always a highlight every three years and provides a truly memorable opportunity for our learners to experience professional arts education, develop confidence and perform as part of a large ensemble.

Our sincere thanks go to the Parent Council for securing the funding to make this fantastic opportunity possible for our children.

There will be an opportunity for parents and carers to attend an afternoon performance (approximately 2.00pm – exact time to be confirmed). Due to staging requirements and the large number of pupils involved (over 100 children), audience capacity will be limited to one ticket per child.

Please note that, as audience seating will be primarily on the stage itself, there will unfortunately be no wheelchair or buggy access for this performance.

We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.
