WELCOME TO LANARK PRIMARY SCHOOL ONLINE

Sports Days at Lanark PS & ELC

In more sporting news, we are planning on holding our Sports Day on Monday 23rd May for the school.

We will be re-introducing both the Races and Potted Sports Events but combining these into one day.

The Races will take place in Kildare Park from 9.30am-11.15am approx. (weather permitting). Parents/Carers are welcome to come to the park and watch but please note, children will remain with their classes and should not be encouraged to leave their allocated zone.

In the afternoon, we will hold our Potted Sports event in the playground from 1.30pm-2.30pm approx. (weather permitting). Again, parents/carers are welcome to attend. You can enter via the 'bottom' playground gate once it is open and should stand in the allocated viewing area. Again, please do not encourage your child to leave their place with the class if you are attending.

The ELC will hold their Sports Day on Thursday 26th May at 1.30pm in the MUGA (weather permitting). Parents/Carers can attend and will enter via the 'bottom' gate once open.

All classes (ELC-P7) will take part in a Dance Taster Session during this week. Children can attend in sports wear all week for ease.
