WELCOME TO LANARK PRIMARY SCHOOL ONLINE

Halloween at Lanark PS & ELC

We know that many children (and adults) will be disappointed this year that we once again will not be holding our annual Halloween Disco. We also realise that the usual ‘guising’ will not be experienced for many again this year. Therefore, we invite all our learners in the playroom and classrooms to come to school dressed up for Halloween (or dressed ‘down’ if this is more suitable). A small tub will be placed at the room doors for children to hand in, if able, a small money donation to go towards our LPS & ELC funds.

Please note, children SHOULD NOT come with any accessories that can be taken on or off, or easily placed on a surface, so no wands, bands, hats, bats or cats! Also, no face paint/makeup please- just the ‘costume’ or ‘dressed down’ outfit. This will support our infection control measures.

This will take place on Friday 29th October but shoes and jacket suitable for outdoors must still be worn.

In line with reducing the cost of the school day, if you have any dress up costumes in good condition that you could donate to the school/ELC, please send them to the school office. These will be put on one of our ‘help yourself’ racks outside the front entrance.
