WELCOME TO LANARK PRIMARY SCHOOL ONLINE

Latest App Message - 4th June

Dear Parent/Carer

I hope you are well. I continue to miss the children and our families greatly and look forward to a time when we can all be together again.

I would like to take this opportunity to provide you with a brief update for June:

We have now prepared and copied our June Home Learning Packs for the pupils (ELC learners will continue to receive theirs weekly via email). The packs will be sent out in stages from the beginning of next week alongside your child's end of year report (ELC reports will also be posted)- so please watch out for these!

Our Google Classroom work will be planned for Monday-Wednesday of next week, due to the Lanimer Holidays. Please note that the teachers will not be accessing Google Classroom on Thursday or Friday of next week.

As you may be aware, the Emergency Childcare Hub will move temporarily to Lanark PS until the end of term. Staff will begin to return to work in small groups, in order to prepare our learning environment for August. We have no further confirmation of what this might 'look like' but will, as always, inform you as soon as we can.

Mrs Gracie will soon contact our parents/carers of children who will begin with us in P1 after the summer holidays, to discuss transition visits to the school. Thereafter, Miss McMaster will contact our P7 pupils to offer a fond farewell visit (again this will be in very small groups).

We hope to be able to contact all families again over the next few weeks to wish our learners well over the summer holidays or as they make their move to Lanark Grammar School.

Information regarding classes and any future arrangements (when we know them) will be sent out before we finish the session.

Please remember that you can contact us through the School App or dedicated ELC email with any queries. Again, many thanks for all your support for #TeamLPS!

Please take care and stay safe heart
