WELCOME TO LANARK PRIMARY SCHOOL ONLINE

St Andrew's Hospice Wear Yellow Walk

The school and ELC will take part in the St. Andrew's Hospice 'Wear Yellow Walk' again this year.

This will take place on Wednesday 9th June. In order to reduce the 'cost of the school day', all children will be provided with a yellow hat and Tunnocks treat for taking part (meaning there is no need to buy anything yellow!)

All we are asking for is that children bring a small donation, if you can manage it, on Wednesday, to be placed in each class 'bucket' to be counted later . Any funds will be gratefully received by St. Andrew's Hospice as you know.

Each class/playroom will take part in the walk within our school grounds.

Many thanks in advance of anything you can give.

to provide real contexts for learning, including outdoor learning, and link learning to support pupils’ understanding of the world around them

to develop the key personal qualities of resilience, perseverance and a positive attitude to learning (being ‘ready to learn’)
