WELCOME TO LANARK PRIMARY SCHOOL ONLINE

Internet Safety Session with PC Leggate for Lanark Learning Community

Dear Parents/ Carers,

Internet Safety Session with PC Leggate for Lanark Learning Community
8th February 2023 at 6:30pm
Underbank Primary School

Underbank Primary Parent Council wish to invite anyone interested to attend an Internet Safety Session with PC Leggate at Underbank Primary School on 8th February 2023 at 6:30pm.

The Internet Safety Session is aimed at increasing awareness of the risks posed to children online and ensuring their safety. The session for parents and carers will provide helpful information regarding internet security and safety in order to allow your children to use what is essentially a very useful tool safely on a day-to-day basis.

PC Leggate has extensive knowledge of the risks that can arise through internet usage and is well-placed to provide detailed and helpful advice regarding the avoidance of such risks. The importance of the Internet Safety Session as every child’s exposure to the internet increases cannot be overstated.

I would ask anyone interested in attending to email/call their own school office, who will collate numbers and communicate these to Underbank Primary.

The Parent Council of Underbank Primary look forward to welcoming many of you along to this event.

Kind regards,

Scott Martin
On Behalf of Underbank Parent Council
